Delivery and Shipping
Local Delivery
- Delivery would be arranged for shipping address and only one address per order.
- Delivery will be made only on weekdays 11am to 5pm and Saturday 11am to 2pm. No delivery will be made on Sunday and Public Holidays.
- Delivery will be made the next day or the following after order has been placed. Our team will get in touch with you regarding the delivery date once they have confirmed your order.
- Please ensure that someone is around to receive your order on the day of your delivery.
- In the event our delivery date is not suitable for you, please inform our team of your preferred date. Delivery timing is fixed from 11 am to 5pm and not able to set according to the client's preference.
- Delivery is free for orders $200 and above. Delivery fee of $15 will be charged for orders below this minimum amount.
- While care and effort will be taken to ensure that all products sold are in good condition, customers are encouraged to inspect all goods upon delivery. Should there be any defects, please let it made known to our Company immediately.
