Ingredients
- Tapioca Pearls500g
- Water4,000ml
- Sugar (Cane / Brown Sugar)100g
Tips:
- For larger specs (#2.5+), extend cooking & steeping times for best texture.
Instruction
Step 1.
Bring water to a rolling boil in a large pot.
Step 2.
Add tapioca pearls and reduce heat to low-medium, stirring continuously for 20 minutes to prevent sticking.
Step 3.
Turn off the heat, cover with a lid completely, and let braise for 25 minutes.
Step 4.
Drain and rinse the cooked pearls under cold running water until chilled.
Step 5.
Transfer to a bowl, add sugar, and stir well until fully dissolved.

Tiger Dot Brown Sugar Tapioca Pearls
Ingredients
- Tapioca Pearls500g
- Water4,000ml
- Tiger Dot Brown Sugar Syrup400g
Tips:
- Cool to 50°C for better syrup adhesion and optimal tiger stripes.
Instruction
Step 1.
Boil water in a pot, pour in uncooked tapioca pearls, and turn to low-medium heat.
Step 2.
Stir continuously while cooking for 20 minutes to prevent sticking.
Step 3.
Drain and rinse cooked pearls with cold water.
Step 4.
Pour tiger dot brown sugar syrup, stir until mixed, then cook with small fire until boiling.
Step 5.
Turn off fire, braise for 30 minutes, then stir until cooled down to 50°C.

Fast-Cooking Tapioca Pearls
Ingredients
- Fast-Cooking Tapioca Pearls1,000g
- Water2,000ml
- Sugar (Sugar / Syrup)100~150g
Tips:
- Preservative-free. Seal & refrigerate after opening.
- If cooking from cold, extend cooking time to 5~10 mins for best texture.
Instruction
Step 1.
Heat twice the amount of water until boiling.
Step 2.
Add tapioca pearls and stir gently to prevent sticking.
Step 3.
Cook for 3~10 minutes depending on desired texture preference.
Step 4.
Drain and rinse under cold running water until chilled.
Step 5.
Transfer to a container, add sweetener, and stir well until evenly coated.
