Instruction
Step 1.
Dissolve snow ice powder in hot water (85~90°C) with a whisk.
Step 2.
Cool the mixture to room temperature (use an ice bath for speed).
Step 3.
Pour into a mold and freeze at -19°C to -20°C for 18~20 hours until solid.
Step 4.
Unmold, bag, and freeze for 1 more hour before shaving.
